Delete your Wamaba account

You can ask us to delete your Wamaba account and its data at any time. This applies to the website and the Android and iPhone apps.

How to request deletion

• Send us a request through the contact form (subject “Account or privacy”).
• Use the email address of your account, so we can confirm the request is yours.
• We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and password
• Your profile photo, location and bio
• Your favorites, listening history and reviews

What may be kept

• Security records (sign-in times, IP address and device) and messages you sent us, for as long as needed for security and to deal with your request, after which they are deleted.
• Anything we are required to keep by law.

Episodes you downloaded are stored only on your own device — remove them in Downloads or by uninstalling the app. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
